Augusta, GA – Entered into rest Tuesday, April 17, 2012, Mrs. Adella Hoverkamp, 91, wife of the late Mr. Robert S. Hoverkamp. She is survived by two sisters: Agatha Mutti who lives in Ohio and Alice Haney in Huntsville, AL.
Mrs. Hoverkamp was born in Sugar Creek Township, Ohio and moved to the Augusta area in 1983 to be closer to her family. Mrs. Hoverkamp was an active member of the Daughters of the American Revolution and Daughters of American Colonists. She was an elementary school teacher for 30 years in the Ohio public school system.
Family members include: son: Duane Hoverkamp (Lindy); grandson: Rob Hoverkamp (Laurie); granddaughter: Ann Osbon (Mike); 5 great grandchildren: Ben, Maddie and Mary Caroline Hoverkamp; Brice and Wade Osbon.
Burial will be at a later date in Sunset Hills Memorial Park in Canton, Ohio.
