Agnes Sacco
Spartanburg, SC- Agnes Sacco, 91, of Spartanburg, died Tuesday, December 18, 2012. Born June 5, 1921, she was the beloved wife, for 60 years, of the late Dr. Ulderico E. Sacco and daughter of the late Luis and Luisa Donato Sacco of Bogono, Italy.

Mrs. Sacco was a longtime parishioner of St. Mary on the Hill Catholic Church, Augusta, GA, and currently attending St. Paul the Apostle Catholic Church. She was a long time member and past president of the Augusta Italian American Club, a member of the Order of Son's of Italy in America (Enrico Fermi Lodge), and a graduate of Snow Business College.
Surviving are her children, Lenore Sacco Miller (David), Philip Paul Sacco, and Carole Sacco Khoury; grandchildren, David Miller (Cassie), Victoria Hoff (Tim), Michael Miller (Roxie), Gina Khoury, Julianna Khoury, and Khal Khoury; great-grandchildren, Thomas Miller, Evan Hoff, and Mia Bella Miller; and sister, Frances Gonsalves. In addition to her husband and parents, she was predeceased by a son, Dr. Rick Sacco, Jr.; brother, Peter Sacco; and sisters, Gilda Pagliaro and Eleanor Sacco.

A mass of Christian burial will be held Thursday, January 3, 2013, 11:00 A.M. at St. Mary on the Hill Catholic Church with Rev. Gerald Ragan officiating. Interment will follow at Westover Memorial Park.
