Mr. Stetson was a born March 5, 1930 in Queens, NY. He was served in the Navy during WWII and the Korean War. Mr. Stetson was a 62 year member of IATSE Local 52 (International Alliance of Theatrical Stage Employees).
Family members in addition to his wife include son: Alan Stetson (Lorraine); daughter: Rene Hopkins (Jay); grandchildren: Trisha Bentley (Bryan), Tori Ludwig (Mike) and Nicholas Hopkins; great grandchild: Dylan Ludwig; and sister: Barbara Conway.
The family will have visitation on Friday, December 14, 2012, at Thomas Poteet & Son Funeral Directors from 1:00 until 3:00 P.M. and again from 7:00 until 9:00 P.M. at Thomas Poteet & Son Funeral Directors.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Safe Kids East Central at 1225 Walton Way, Augusta, Georgia 30901.
