Alice Robertson

Entered into rest on Friday, November 15, 2024, Alice Prescott Robertson, 90, loving wife of the late William “Bill” Robertson. 

Alice was born in Matthews, Georgia, daughter of the late Elbert Nathan Prescott and Ola Stewart Prescott. She was a longtime faithful member of Pierce Memorial United Methodist Church.

Family members include her son and daughter-in-law: Darrell and Silke Robertson; daughter and son-in-law: Teresa and Barry Light; son-in-law: Robert Ridge; seven grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents Alice was preceded in death by her son Christopher Robertson and daughter Kimberly Ridge.

Memorial contributions may be made to Pierce Memorial United Methodist Church, 1441 Jackson Road, Augusta, GA 30909.

The funeral service will be held Saturday, November 23, 2024 at 11:00 A.M. in the chapel of Thomas Poteet & Son with Rev. Rick Herring officiating. Interment will follow in Bellevue Memorial Gardens. 

The family will receive friends Saturday one hour prior to the service at Thomas Poteet & Son Funeral Directors, 214 Davis Rd., Augusta, GA 30907.
