Alicia Sapp

Alicia Sapp, daughter of the late Betty Ann Wade-Turner and the late Jimmy Wade, was born Wednesday, January 17, 1962 and entered into rest on Wednesday, March 2, 2022.

She graduated from high school in Würzburg, Germany and from Augusta Technical College. Alicia was an active member of Faith Gospel in Fort Gordon, GA. She loved to sew, write poetry, worship God, and she loved her family.

Alicia is survived by her daughter: Alexia Sapp; grandchildren: Isaiah Sapp, Lillian Sapp, Elijah Sapp and Jamell Clark; great grandchild: Le'Ana Williams; sisters: Cassandra Jackson, Bernard Wade, Laverne Turner and Tynese Turner; and a host of nieces and nephews.

The funeral service will be held Wednesday, March 9, 2022, at 12:00 P.M. at Thomas Poteet & Son Funeral Directors with Chaplain Horace W. Roberts, Sr. officiating. Interment will follow in Hillcrest Memorial Park.
