Allen M. Cole

Augusta, GA – Entered into rest on Monday, June 27, 2022, Mr. Allen M. Cole, 68, loving husband of Mrs. Arlethea K. Cole.

Allen was born in Fayetteville, NC and after serving over 20 years in the U.S. Army retired in Augusta, GA. He then worked with ASMP where he enjoyed working with fellow officers and making a positive impact on the prisoners there before retiring a second time. In retirement Allen enjoyed fishing and bowling. He always loved the military. Allen will be remembered as a great husband, father and grandfather and will be greatly missed.

Family members in addition to his wife include his children: Allen Cole, Jr., Marcus Cole, Jason Allen Cole (Ashley), Alisha Cole (Deonte Sledge); grandchildren: Ja’Shaun Cole, Jayln Cole, Jeremy Hill, Deonte Sledge, Jr., Deondre Sledge, Alani Sledge, Marcus Cole, Jr., Kyia Costanzo and Hezekiah Cole; sister: Jeannie Harris, brother: Freddie Cole, Jr. and many extended family members. Allen was preceded in death by his parents Freddie and Inez Cole.

A graveside service will be held Friday, July 8, 2022 at 11:00 A.M. at Bellevue Memorial Gardens.
