Mrs. Bailey was a native and lifelong resident of Augusta, GA. She was a 1989 graduate of Lakeside High School and a graduate of Augusta State where she earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing. She worked in Dialysis and Home Health and Hospice and was employed at Pruitt Health. Mrs. Bailey was a devoted wife and mother.
Family members in addition to her husband include daughter: Rebecca Bailey; son: Brandt Bailey; sisters: Tricia Gregg and Angie May; brother: Michael Brock; mother: Barbara Brock and her maternal grandmother: Betty Harden. She was preceded in death by her father: James O’ Byrne.
A memorial service will be Monday, July 6, 2015 at 11:00 A.M. in the Chapel at Thomas Poteet & Son.
In lieu of flowers the family request memorial contributions be made to the American Diabetes Association at 2916 Professional Parkway, Martinez, GA 30907.
