Augusta, GA – Entered into rest Monday, October 28, 2013, Mrs. Ann Jones Stone, 76, loving wife of Rev. Roger W. Stone.
Mrs. Stone was a Registered Nurse and was a member of Mann Memorial United Methodist Church.
Family members in addition to her husband include daughter: Deborah Stone Blackmon and husband Tommy of Martinez; son: Roger W. “Chip” Stone III and wife Nancy of Rydal, GA; sister: Margolese Long and husband Norris of Thomson; and grandchildren: Andy Blackmon, Benjamin Blackmon, Natalie Stone, Annie Caroline Stone, and Ella Stone.
Funeral services will be held Friday, November 1, 2013 at 3:00 P.M. at St. James United Methodist Church with Rev. Bob Gillespie and Rev. Sonny Mason officiating. Burial will follow in Magnolia Cemetery.
Memorial contributions may be made to Mann Memorial United Methodist Church, 2705 Milledgeville Rd., Augusta, GA 30904 or to St. James United Methodist Church, 439 Greene St., Augusta, GA 30901.
