Augusta, GA – Entered into rest on Thursday, September 23, 2021 Anne Bargeron, 86, loving wife of the late Lonnie Bargeron, Jr.

Anne was known as Granny to many and Ne-Naw to others. She was a wonderful mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and great-great grandmother. She had a great love for her husband of 69 years, who she is now reunited with. Anne loved her family, being outdoors and the sound of the ocean. She was a member of Pine View Baptist Church and loved the Lord.

Family members include her children: Debbie Scritchfield (Stan), Lisa Borseth, Kim Culbreth (Ken), Lonnie Bargeron III, Matt Bargeron (Denise), and Khris Bargeron (Janie); sixteen grandchildren; twenty four great-grandchildren and eleven great-great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her husband: Lonnie Bargeron, Jr., as well as two of her grand-children: Reynold Borseth and Blake Khristian Bargeron.

The family would like to thank Ansleigh and Leigh of Southern Regency Hospice for their care and compassion. Also a special thank you to the best sister and daughter in the world for opening up your home to all family and friends allowing us to visit mama anytime. Thank you for taking the best care of mama and for your love and patience to make sure all of mama’s needs and wants were met to the fullest.

The graveside service will be held Monday, September 27, 2021 at 2:00 P.M. at Hillcrest Memorial Cemetery with Rev. Albert Stroup officiating.
