Annice Smith

Augusta, GA – Entered into rest on Friday, April 19, 2024, Mrs. Annice Helen Smith, 84, loving wife of Gary W. Smith. 

Family members, in addition to her husband, include her sons: Russell Sumpter (the late Irma), David Sumpter (Cyndi), and Doug Sumpter (Arsi); stepdaughter: Lisa Williams (Ford); grandchildren: Josh, Jason, Michael, Mandy, Jacob, Matthew, Megan, Mary Clare, Carter and Keenan; and great grandchildren: Liana, Ryden, Lawson, Gage, and Zoe. She is preceded in death by her parents: Edwin and Mabel Beaumont; first husband: Bobby Sumpter, and stepchildren: Andrea Smith and Todd Smith. 

The family would like to thank Progressive Care and ICU Department, and Wond Care Clinic at Doctors Hospital, along with Helping Hand Hospice for their care. 

There will be no service at this time.
