Augusta, GA – Entered into rest Friday, June 23, 2017, Mrs. Annie Lee Elrod, 90, loving wife of 72 years to the late James Roy Elrod.
Mrs. Elrod was a lifelong resident of Augusta. She retired after 30 plus years from Georgia Regional Hospital. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother.
Family members include her sons: Roy W. Elrod (Lessie) and David H. Elrod (Diane); daughter: Terri E. Thomas (Jack); grandchildren: Heidi Elrod Key, Tracie Kerns, D.J. Elrod, and Rachel Thomas; and great grandchildren: Savannah Snider and Sierra Snider.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday, June 27, 2017 at 11:00 A.M. in the chapel of Thomas Poteet & Son with Rev. Larry Hubbard officiating. Burial will follow in Westover Memorial Park.
