Augusta, GA – Entered into rest Monday, September 27, 2010 at Self Regional Medical Center, Mrs. Annie Etta Ivey, 69, of Augusta.
Mrs. Ivey was a native of Tennell, GA but lived most of her life in Augusta. She was a homemaker and a loving mother to six children that she raised on her own. She will be greatly missed.
Family members include sons: Johnny Stewart, William Sherman, Jr., Shane Spears; daughters: Deborah Connell, Sherrie Young, Denise Dawley; brother: Grady Sparks; sister: Loyce Manuel; 22 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held Thursday, September 30, 2010 at 11:00 A.M. in the chapel of Thomas Poteet & Son with Chaplain Ricky Thigpen officiating. Interment will follow at Mt. Olive Cemetery.
