Barbara H. Kowalski

Augusta, GA – Entered into rest on Thursday, April 20, 2023, Mrs. Barbara Harrell Kowalski, 89, loving wife of 33 years to Mr. Alexander “Al” Kowalski.

Barbara was born in Macon, Georgia to Robert and Marion Harrell. She moved to Augusta and retired from Fort Gordon as a Civil Service Clerk. Barbara was a faithful member of St. Mary on the Hill Catholic Church.

A funeral Mass will be held Tuesday, April 25, 2023 at 11:00 A.M. at St. Mary on the Hill Catholic Church with Fr. Vernon Knight celebrant Interment will follow in Hillcrest Memorial Park.

Memorial contributions may be made to St. Mary on the Hill Catholic Church and School, 1420 Monte Sano Avenue, Augusta, GA 30904.
