Martinez, GA – Barbara Ann “Babs” Miller passed peacefully and joyfully into the presence of her Lord and Savior on October 20, 2015. She was preceded in death by her parents, James and Annie Low of Camak.
She is survived by her son: James Kent Cheely of Martinez; and grandchildren: Zachary Lawson Cheely of Martinez and Anna Nicole Cheely of Kalamazoo, Michigan.
Babs was a native of Camak, GA but has resided in Martinez for over 50 years. She was a member of Warren Baptist Church and was active in The Joyful Women’s Sunday School Class. She was a teacher with the Richmond County Board of Education.
The memorial service will be Friday, October 23, 2015 at 3:00 P.M. at Warren Baptist Church with Rev. Lane Lowery officiating. The family will receive friends following the service at the church.
