Augusta, GA – Entered into rest on Saturday, February 27, 2021, Mrs. Rebecca Hodges “Becky” Craft, 73, loving wife of 55 years to Brent M. Craft.

Becky worked for many years in government services and retired as Director of External Affairs for the United States Department of Energy at the Savannah River Site. She was an amateur genealogist and family historian, and an avid gardener. She also enjoyed making jewelry, trips to the beach, and hunting for the perfect shell. Becky was a devoted wife, mother, and Mimi.

Family members, in addition to her husband, include her daughter: Beretta Craft-Coffman; son-in-law: Paul Coffman; granddaughter: Kinnley Coffman; brothers: Don Hodges (Lynn) and Bill Hodges (Pam); devoted canine companion: Bella; and many other loving family members. She is preceded in death by her parents: Vernon and Maudie Viola Hodges; sister: Velma Hodges Marks; and brother: Buddy Hodges.

The funeral service will be held Thursday, March 4, 2021 at 4:00 P.M. in the chapel of Thomas Poteet & Son with Rev. Charles Broome officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service, beginning at 3:00 P.M., at the funeral home.
