Mrs. Schweitzer was a charter member of the Greater Augusta Advertising Club and president of Master Mailing Services.
Family members in addition to her husband include daughter: Gail Kelly Flanagan and husband Bill of Augusta; son: Stephen Wesley Kelly of Atlanta; granddaughters: Laurn Kelly Flanagan and Kelcey Elizabeth Flanagan; brothers: Grover Bell of Savannah and Simmie Bell of Athens.
A graveside service will be held Wednesday, June 24, 2009 at 10:00 a.m. at Westover Memorial Park with Rev. Grover Bell officiating.
Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society, 2607 Commons Blvd, Augusta, GA 30909.
The family will receive friends Tuesday, June 23, 2009 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Thomas Poteet & Son Funeral Directors, 214 Davis Rd, Augusta, GA 30907 (706) 364-8484. A guestbook may be signed on our website www.thomaspoteet.com .
