Ms. Farley was a native of Sophia, WV and moved to Martinez in 1990. She was a retired LPN. Ms. Farley was a member of the United Methodist Church since 1950 and the McDonald Bible Class.
Family members include her daughters: Mary Linda Goodman of Edgefield, SC, Kitty L. Lindsay of Boynton Beach, FL; two grandchildren: Scott Gilchrist of Waynesburg, PA, Meg Thornton of Warner Robins AF Base, GA; two great-grandsons: Jesse and Ryan Thornton; sisters: Ellen L. Cox of Grovetown, GA, the late Linda L. Buckland; and brother: the late Henry C. Lindsay.
A graveside service will be held today, Tuesday, December 21, 2010 at 2:00 P.M. at Lewis Memorial United Methodist Church Cemetery with Rev. Eddie Bradford officiating. The family will receive friends following the service in the church fellowship hall.
