Thursday, April 7, 2011, William R. “Bobby” Lamb, 58, of North Augusta, S.C., entered into rest at University Hospital.
Bobby was a native of Savannah, GA, but lived in North Augusta the last 25 years. He was a graduate of Benedictine Military School in Savannah and graduated from Augusta State University with a BS in Psychology. Bobby worked as an engineer at SRS, but his passion was music.
Surviving family members include his daughters: Anne Marie Lamb and Mary Lamb; granddaughter, Elizabeth Lamb; the mother of his daughters: Tricia Grissom Lamb; brothers: John Joseph Lamb, David A. Lamb, James Dukes Lamb, Sean Lamb, and Chris Lamb.
A Memorial Mass will be Friday, April 15, 2011 at 11:00 A.M. at Our Lady of Peace Catholic Church in North Augusta.
Contributions may be made to Benedictine Military School, 6502 Seawright Drive, Savannah, Georgia 31406, attention Barbra Evans, in memory of Bobby Lamb, class of 1971.
