Augusta, GA – Entered into rest Wednesday, June 18, 2014, Bobby L. Seymour, 78, husband of Betty W. Seymour.
Mr. Seymour was born in Dewey Rose, GA. He served 4 years in the United States Navy and he retired as an Instrument Mechanic from Southern Natural Gas. Mr. Seymour was a believer of the Methodist faith.
In addition to his wife, family members include his children: Lisa Johnson (Doyce), Kim S. Buhr, Lyle Seymour (Sheila), and Ryan Seymour (Laurie); 6 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his parents: Julius and Julia Seymour and daughter: Sandy Lynn Seymour.
A memorial graveside service will be held Monday, June 23, 2014 at 11:00 A.M. at Bonaventure Cemetery with Todd Perkins officiating.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, 2607 Commons Boulevard, Augusta, GA 30909.
