Brigitte K. Gary

Hephzibah, GA – Entered into rest on Thursday, November 21, 2024, Brigitte K. Gary, 74, wife of the late Johnny Gary.

Brigitte was originally from Germany. She was a loving and devoted military spouse, Aunt and friend. Brigitte retired from the VA Hospital in Augusta, GA as a nurse after 25 years. She was an excellent cook and baker. Brigitte enjoyed caring for her cats, especially Leo and Bonnie.

Family members include her niece Anke Hasselbrink and husband Wilko; feline companion Leopold and many other close friends. In addition to her husband, Brigitte was preceded in death by her parents Paul and Frieda Lettow and her beloved cat, Bonnie.

A cryptside service will be held Friday, November 29, 2024 at 2:00 P.M. at Bellevue Memorial Gardens Mausoleum.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Disabled American Veterans, Chapter #10, 4083 Briarwood Drive, Augusta, GA 30907.
