Butch Beasley

Augusta, GA – Daniel “Butch” Richard Beasley, Jr., 75, loving husband of 48 years to Mary, passed from this life on August 24, 2024. 

In 1949, Butch was born in Ft. Valley, GA. His mother, Rosa Lee, was a nurse. His adoptive father, Daniel R. Beasley, was a Master Sargeant in the Marine Corps. Butch lived in Augusta until he joined the USMC. He served from 1967-1971, with a tour in Vietnam. He ran Butch Beasley’s Home Improvements in the CSRA for over 30 years. 

Family members in addition to his wife, include his daughter: Shannon Renee Gregoire (Joe); son: Daniel Beasley III; grandchildren: Joshua Beasley (Raven), Michael Gregoire (Jess), Brandon Gregoire (Maddie), Cody Gregoire (Heather), Angela Beasley, Bryan Luksic, Anthony Carrasquilla, and Natalie Beasley; brother: Richard Anthony Beasley; and many beloved great-grandchildren. 

A memorial service to celebrate and honor the life of Butch Beasley will be held at the Plum Branch Yacht Club Pavilion in Plum Branch, SC, at 2:00 P.M. on Saturday, September 7, 2024.
