Carl Drawdy Jr.

Augusta, Ga. – Entered into rest on July 31, 2020. Mr. Carl Cole Drawdy Junior is survived by the love of his life Janelle Drawdy, daughters Sonya Baker, Corrina Warner (Ken), sons Carl Drawdy, III (Lillian), and Eric Drawdy; 13 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandchild. Mr. Drawdy was a devout Christian and a founding member of Grace Baptist Church in Rincon, Ga. Later in life Mr. Drawdy became an active member of Newington First Baptist Church. A native of Jesup, Ga., Mr. Drawdy joined the US Air Force at the age of twenty-one. He served tours in Vietnam before retiring after twenty years of service with distinction. Following his military service Mr. Drawdy began a career with Gulfstream Aviation as an instructor.

A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, August 4 at 11:00 a.m. at Westover Memorial Park with Pastor Tom Horn officiating.
