Augusta, GA – Entered into rest Monday, December 22, 2014, Mrs. Carolyn M. Bailie, 81, loving wife to Glover R. Bailie, Jr.
Mrs. Bailie was a member of St. Paul’s Episcopal Church. She taught dental hygiene at the Medical College of Georgia and was director of the Augusta Alzheimer’s Chapter.
Family members in addition to her husband include her daughter: Gina Dickson (Todd) of Edgefield, SC; grandchildren: Corbin (Sarah), Curtis (Corina), Clark, Corrine Eberly (Brendon), Courtney, and Carlyann; and great grandchildren: Carter Dickson and Emily Dickson.
Funeral services will be Wednesday, December 24, 2014 10:30 A.M. at St. Paul’s Episcopal Church with The Rev. George Muir officiating. Burial will follow in Westover Memorial Park. The family will receive friends following the service at the graveside.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Pulmonary Fibrosis Foundation, 230 East Ohio Street, Suite 304, Chicago, Illinois 60611-3201 or to the Alzheimer’s Association, 106 SRP Dr., Suite A, Evans, GA 30809.
