Grovetown, GA – Entered into rest Friday, January 21, 2011, Mrs. Celesta Morton, 95, wife of the late Ralph Randolph Morton.
Mrs. Morton was a native of Florida and resided in Grovetown since 1986. She was a member of Fellowship Baptist Church, Grovetown, GA.
Family members include, daughters, Joy Fender (Russell) of Grovetown, GA, the late Melba Dismukes, sons, Gerald Morton (Cyndi) of Moore, SC, the late Ralph E. Morton, four Grandchildren, 8 Great Grandchildren, daughter-in-law, Pat Morton of Marietta, GA.
Funeral services will be held Monday, January 24, 2011 at 2:00 PM in the Chapel of Thomas Poteet and Son with Rev. Sonny Serigney officiating. Interment will be at a later date in Greenlawn Cemetary, Jacksonville, FLA.
Memorial contributions may be made to Fellowship Baptist Church, Building Fund, 670 East Robinson Ave., Grovetown, GA 30813.
The family will receive friends, today, “Sunday”, January 23, 2010 from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM at the funeral home.
