Charles Webster Prope

Augusta, GA – Entered into rest Tuesday, September 7, 2021 at University Hospital, Mr. Charles Webster Prope, loving husband of 40 years to Diana Prope.

Family members in addition to his wife include his daughter: Michelle Cadle (Alan); son: Adam Seigler (Tammy); mother: Doris Davis (Dave); grandchildren: Nate Cadle, Xander Cadle, Adam Seigler, Kaden Seigler; siblings: Charlene, Debbie, Chris, Mike and Robbie.

Charles enlisted in the US Army and served for 17 years. Following retirement, he drove for Truck Customs. He enjoyed tinkering in his garage as well as restoring two retired 1960 fire trucks. He was a loving husband, father and devoted to his grandchildren.

A memorial service will be held on Friday, September 17, 2021 at 2:00 P.M. in the chapel of Thomas Poteet and Son with Rev. Henry Holt III officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
