Christine McCarty Lamb

Christine Lamb, age 94, went to meet her Heavenly Father on April 17, 2025 at home in Macon, GA surrounded by loving family. She was born on January 9, 1931 in Batesburg, SC. She lived in Augusta, GA for most of her life. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Robert “Mike” Lamb, and her parents, Rhoda Padgett McCarty and Otto McCarty. She is survived by her children Robert “Bobby” Lamb (Carol) and Cheryl Lamb Spilman, six grandchildren, and eight great grandchildren.

Christine dedicated her life to her family, always putting the needs of others above her own. She will always be remembered for her love for others.

A graveside service will be held Tuesday, April 22, 2025, at 11:00 am at Hillcrest Memorial Park in Augusta, GA.
