Craig Huff

Augusta, GA – Entered into rest on Friday, March 28, 2025, Mr. Craig Alan Huff, 61, loving husband of Joann Huff.

Craig was born in Columbus, GA to the late Alvin & Louise Huff. He graduated from Sidney Lanier High School in Montgomery, AL, earned his Bachelor of Education at Auburn University where he met his wife and Augusta State University, and his Master’s at Northwestern State University. He was also a member of the Theta Xi fraternity. He worked at Doctors Hospital as a certified athletic trainer. He was an Eagle Scout and enjoyed woodworking, knife making, sports & playing guitar especially praise & worship music.

Family members, in addition to his wife, include his daughter: Hannah Huff; brothers: Dwight Huff and James Huff; and his beloved four-legged friend: Abigail.

A memorial service will be held Tuesday, April 1, 2025 at 11:00 A.M. in the chapel of Thomas Poteet & Son with Pastor Christopher Goss officiating.

The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service, beginning at 10:00 A.M., at Thomas Poteet & Son Funeral Directors, 214 Davis Rd., Augusta, GA 30907 (706) 364-8484.
