Cynthia "Cindy" Scallions Aslaner

Martinez, GA – Entered into rest on Tuesday, August 6, 2024, Mrs. Cynthia “Cindy” Scallions Aslaner, 64, loving wife of Mr. Kemal I. Aslaner.

Cindy was born in Vicksburg, Mississippi. She lived in the Augusta area for 34 years. Cindy worked as a bookkeeper but spent more of her time as a stay-at-home nana. In her spare time, she enjoyed crafts, especially making cards for others. Cindy loved her family and spent as much time as she could with all of them, however she really enjoyed her grandkids.

Family members, in addition to her husband Kemal, include her children: William Aslaner (Clare), Kenan Aslaner (Alex) and Shelby Aslaner; grandchildren: Katy Aslaner, William Aslaner, Hudson Aslaner and Nolan Aslaner; mother: Betty Scallions and sister: Betty June Rushing (Victor). She was preceded in death by her father Stanley Scallions.

A memorial service will be held Saturday, August 10, 2024 at 3:00 P.M. in the chapel of Thomas Poteet & Son with Pastor Rodney Addison officiating.
