Martinez, GA – Mrs. Cynthia Milner Houle, age 75, of Augusta passed away peacefully at home on November 16, 2009. A native of Detroit, MI, she had lived in both Charlotte, NC, and North Potomac, Maryland, prior to moving to the Augusta, GA area a few years ago to be near her daughters.
For 50 years she was the loving wife of Yvan Lionel Houle, who survives her. She is also survived by two daughters: Leslie Kuckenbecker and Nicole Houle, and grandson: Gregory Thomas Kuckenbecker – the sunshine of her life – all also of Augusta. In addition she leaves a sister: Karen Kale of Charlotte, NC.
Prior to becoming a home maker and raising their children Cynthia was a Dental Hygienist. She was active in Church and community activities in North Potomac and Charlotte.
A private family grave side will be conducted prior to burial in Charlotte.
Because of a brain injury to her daughter, Nicole, the family request that memorials be made to Harrison Heights c/o Walton Rehab: 1355 Independence Dr. Augusta, GA 30901.
