Daniel was a native of Martinez, GA and a graduate of Evans High School. He was employed by Dollar General Corp., as a computer programmer.
Family members include his brothers: David Fitzgerald (his twin) of Martinez, Billy Fitzgerald of Harlem, GA; sisters: Debra Fitzgerald of Monroe, GA, Joyce Fincher of Loganville, GA, Pat Griffin of Monroe, GA, and Barbara Gardner of Martinez; and numerous nieces and nephews.
A private memorial service will be held at a later date
