Mr. Urie was a native of Laurenberg, NC and resided in Martinez. He was a Chef at Brandon Wylde. Mr. Urie served in the United States Army for 2 years.
Family members include, wife Mrs. Wendy Urie of Martinez, daughters, Hannah and Katie Urie of Martinez, father, Dr. Robert Urie of Seven Lakes, NC, sisters, Carol Pate (Ben) of Seven Lakes, NC, Linda Barnett (Mickey) of Hickory, NC, Nancy Thrasher (Terry) of West End, NC, brother, Steve Urie (Laura Beth) of Laurenburg, NC, and a number of loved nieces and nephews.
Memorial service will be held Friday, December 3, 2010 at 11:00 A.M. at Stevens Creek Community Church with Rev. Marty Baker officiating.
The family request memorial donations be made to the family.
The family will receive friends at the Stevens Creek Community Church after the service.
