Evans, GA – Entered into rest Wednesday, Mach 18, 2015, Mr. Daniel C. Hill, age 68.
Danny was a longtime resident of Augusta. He served in the United States Navy for 7 years. He was the owner of Hill Cabinets for more than 40 years. He was the undisputed City of Augusta Marble Champion. Danny was a loving father, brother, grandfather and uncle.
Family members include sons: Chad Hill (Lisa) of Martinez and Travis Mason of Augusta; granddaughter: Lauren Hill; brothers: Mike Hill and Jimmy Hill; and sisters: Rose Leonard -Walker and Beverly Carter. Mr. Hill was preceded in death by his brother Jerry Hill.
A memorial service will be Saturday, March 21, 2015 at 11:00 A.M. in the Chapel at Thomas Poteet & Son with Rev. Dave Willis officiating.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Augusta Wounded Warrior Project at 4115 Columbia Road, Suite 5-333, Martinez, GA 30907-0410
