Augusta, GA – Entered into rest Wednesday, July 24, 2013, Mr. David Drawdy, 74, husband of Mrs. Betty Jean Drawdy.
Mr. Drawdy was a native and life long resident of Augusta, GA. He was the owner and operator of D&D Electric.
Family members in addition to his wife include sons: David Eugene Drawdy, Sr. (Judith), Anthony W. “Tony” Drawdy (Buffy) and Tommy Drawdy all of Augusta; daughter: Tammy Croker (Terry) of California; grandson: David Eugene Drawdy, Jr.; 10 additional grandchildren; brother: Ed Drawdy (Elizabeth) of Cairo, GA and sister: Nancy Landrum (Robert) of Gibson, GA.
A funeral service will be held Saturday, July 27, 2013 at 3:00 P.M. in the Chapel at Thomas Poteet & Son. Entombment will follow at Hillcrest Mausoleum.
The family request that in lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association 190 Knox Abbott Drive Suite 301, Casey, SC 29033
