David H. Quinn

Augusta, GA – Entered into rest Saturday, October 4, 2014, Mr. David H. Quinn, 58, husband to the late Myong S. Quinn.

Mr. Quinn retired as Sergeant 1st Class from the United States Army after 20 years of service. He was an assistant football coach and Statistician for the basketball team at Evans High School and an Information Technology Technician for the Columbia County School System. Mr. Quinn was a loving husband, father, and brother.

Family members include his daughter: Donna Quinn; mother: Alice Quinn; brothers: Bill Quinn, Joseph Quinn, Jr., Scott Quinn, Russell Quinn; sister: Barbara Quinn Erlemann; and many other extended family members. In addition to his wife, he is preceded in death by his father, Joseph Quinn, Sr., and by his sister, Jo-Al Smith.

A memorial service will be Thursday, October 9, 2014 at 6:00 P.M. in the chapel of Thomas Poteet & Son with Rev. Tom Kalliokoski officiating.
