Dennis served for 3 years in the U.S. Navy. He worked for the Department of Defense for over 40 years. His hobbies included gardening, crafts, puzzles, and woodworking. Dennis was a devoted husband, father, and grandfather.
Family members in addition to his wife, include his children: Shirin Pagels (Sean Murphy), Becky Pagels (Steven Wineke); grandchildren: Nicholas Eide, Chase Caron, Natalie Caron, Vincent Murphy, Alexander Murphy, Emily Murphy, Abigail Murphy; son-in-law: Bruce Caron. He was preceded in death by his daughter Shelly Caron.
A memorial service will take place at a later date.
