Mr. Edwards worked as the assistant manager of Food Lion grocery store. The most important person in his life was his daughter.
Family members include his daughter: Savannah Edwards of Augusta; father: Donald”Skeet” P. Edwards; brother: Mike E. Edwards and wife Brenda; sister: Cindy Swearingen and many nieces and nephews. Mr. Edwards was preceded in death by his mother Gloria Mae Edwards.
A graveside service will be Friday, March 11, 2016, 2:30 P.M. at Hillcrest Memorial Park with Rev. Bob Gosey officiating.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Lake Park Baptist Church, 211 Milledge Rd, Augusta, GA 30904.
The family will receive friends following the service at the graveside.
