Born in Washington, D.C. She has been a resident of Augusta, GA since 1959. Specialized in coronary care and medical/surgical nursing at St. Joseph Hospital and University Hospital.

She was a member of Warren Baptist Church. The widow of Dr. John P. Jones of Augusta, GA. She was preceded in death by her mother, Olive J. Reville of Augusta, GA. And her half-sister, Karen Hensley, of Augusta, GA and Aunt Gloria Pavuk of Pittsburgh, PA. Her daughters are Sharon Holland Cobb (Mark) of Evans, GA. Kristine Annette Holland of Augusta, GA; Step-Daughter Joanne Olive Cheng (Dr. Larry Cheng) of Wilmington, NC. Half Sister is Kathryn Jones (Sammie) of Evans, GA. Grand daughters are Alison Cheng, Renee Cheng. Many cousins, nieces and nephews. Best friend ever – Becky Flynn of Augusta, GA.

Donna loved all animals, needlework, reading, music, cooking, traveling, gardening. She was a Christian and loved the Lord.

A graveside service will be held Thursday, March 27, 2025 at 2:00 P.M. in Hillcrest Memorial Park
