Grovetown, GA – Entered into rest Friday, April 2, 2010 at her residence, Mrs. Donna Blackston Wisner, 62.
Mrs. Wisner was a native of Augusta and resided in Grovetown since 1984. She was a member of Dearing United Methodist Church. She worked as a MWR Management Assistant for Civil Service at Ft. Gordon. Mrs. Wisner loved playing Bingo and loved her Chihuahua “Killer”. She enjoyed participating in the “Walk to Emmaus”.
Family members include her sons: John Wisner and wife Lawanda of Aiken, SC, William Wisner of Grovetown, and Chris Wisner and wife Alisa of North Augusta, SC; grandchildren: Patrick Esparza, Hannah Esparza; and brother: Michael Blackston of Grovetown.
Graveside services will be held Tuesday, April 6, 2010 at 11:00 A.M. at Silver Run Baptist Church Cemetery in Harlem, GA with Rev. Kim Hancock officiating.
Memorial contributions may be made to the American Lung Association of Georgia, 2452 Spring Road, Smyrna, GA 30080.
