AUGUSTA, Ga. – Entered into the presence of her Lord Friday, November 28, 2009, at Elmcroft Assisted Living, Mrs. Doris Arline, 83, wife of the late Marvin “Jack” Arline.
Mrs. Arline was a native of Whigham, GA but had resided in Columbus, GA most of her life. She taught in the Muscogee County Schools for 30 years. She was on the Board of TIC Federal Credit Union, a member of ADK Sorority, and Women’s Auxiliary of the Medical Center. In 1999, she moved to Augusta, GA to be near her family. Mrs. Arline is a current member of First Presbyterian Church, a lifelong member of Trinity Primitive Baptist Church in Whigham, GA, and attended Central Christian Church in Columbus, GA.

Memorials may be made to the Alzheimers Association, 1899 Central Ave., Augusta, GA 30904.

We would like to thank her loving and kind caregivers, Leslie Dillard, Jerry Mewborn, and the caring staff of Heartland Village at Elmcroft.
