Augusta, GA – Entered into rest on Tuesday, December 29, 2009 at her residence. Mrs. Dorothy Gladue, 86, wife of the late Col. Wilfred H. Gladue, (Retired D.D.S.).
Mrs. Gladue was born in Port Deposit, Maryland. She was a member of the Officers Wives Club and the Dental Wives Club. She was a devoted officer’s wife who traveled throughout the world with her husband during his tours in Europe, the Middle East and the Americas. Mom as she was known to all will be missed dearly.

Family members in addition to her late husband include her sons; Craig E. Gladue and wife Gail of Grovetown, GA., Bruce W. Gladue and wife Scarlett of Grovetown, GA., and Allen W. Gladue and wife Clair of Evans, GA.., daughter; Judith A. Gladue of Augusta, GA., one grandchild; Savanna Gladue and her sister, Marion Grace of North East Maryland.
The family requests in lieu of flowers, memorials be made to Medical College of Georgia Foundation, Inc., Acct. # 7823, 1120 15th Street, Augusta, Georgia 30912.
The family will receive friends from 6:00 – 8:00 P.M., Wednesday, December 30, 2009 with a brief prayer service at 7:00 P.M., Rev.
