Joyce was a native of Tampa, FL but resided in Augusta, GA for the past 22 years. She was a devoted wife and loving mother. She was a member of Pine View Baptist Church; she loved God and Southern Gospel Music.
Other loving family members include daughter: Kelli Smith and husband Mike; grandchildren: Jonathon Niles, Jenna Niles, Haileigh Niles, Ciara Smith; sisters: Elaine Eckler and Pat Bailey. She is preceded in death by her parents: J.M. and Olie Kelley; brother: Freeman Kelley; and son: Drew Niles.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
