Martinez, GA – Elaine Jenkins Jones entered into rest at her home on Sunday, January 21, 2018.

Elaine was a graduate of Butler High School and retired from Travelers Insurance. She was a member of Martinez Baptist Church. Elaine enjoyed family activities and fishing.

Family members include her children: Darren Todd Jones (Amy) of Mooresville, NC, Kelley Robertson (Chris) of Augusta; grandsons: Cameron McNeil of Augusta, Carlin Thompson of Columbia, SC and Casey Jones of Mooresville, NC; mother: Margie Moore of Martinez; and siblings: Roger Jenkins (Dottie) of Martinez, Kenneth Jenkins (Joy) of Thomson and Julie Thompson (Ty) of St. Helena Island, SC.

The family would like to give a special thanks to her mother and nephew Ben Jenkins, who were her caregivers.

Funeral services will be Wednesday, January 24, 2018 at 2:00 P.M. in the chapel of Thomas Poteet & Son with Rev. Phil Winsett officiating. Burial will follow in Hillcrest Memorial Park.
