North Augusta, SC – Entered into rest Wednesday, August 18, 2010, Mrs. Elaine Lambert Hays, 94, wife of the late Mr. LaVerne J. Hays.
Mrs. Hays was born in Beaver City, NB. She was a retired educator. Mrs. Hays was a member of the Catholic Church of The Most Holy Trinity.
Family members include son: Coy E. Hays; daughters: Vivian Hedrick, Kay Hays, Anita Tate and husband Craig, Marigrace Kemske; sister: Bonnie Urvinitka; 15 grandchildren, 28 great grandchildren and several great-great grandchildren. She was predeceased by her sister Lauree Hays, her brothers Wayne Lambert and Myrle Lambert
The Funeral Mass will be held Wednesday, August 25, 2010 at 12:15 PM at the Church of the Most Holy Trinity with Fr. Michael Kavanaugh celebrant. Interment will be in Sunset Memorial Gardens at a later date. Pallbearers will be: Coy Hays, Roger Hays, Craig Tate, Robbie Kemske, Brentt Hays, Matthew Hays, Royce Hedrick, and Bobbie Hays.
Memorial contributions may be made to Immaculate Conception School, 811 Telfair Street, Augusta, GA, 30901.
A vigil for the deceased will be Tuesday evening at 5:00 PM and
the family will receive friends until 7:00 p.m. at
