Elizabeth “Liz” Marlowe
Evans, GA – Mrs. Mary Elizabeth Marlowe, 82, wife of the late W. G. “Gene” Marlowe, entered into rest Wednesday, January 31, 2019 at her residence.
Mrs. Marlowe was a native of Leesville, SC. She worked for the Georgia War Veterans Home and was an active member of Westminster Presbyterian Church.
Family members include sons, Stephen A. Marlowe (Janet) and Mark A. Marlowe (Shannon), and three grandchildren: Mallory Marlowe, Aaron Marlowe, and Seth Marlowe.
Funeral service will be held Monday, February 4, 2019 at 1:00 PM. in the chapel of Thomas Poteet & Son with Rev. Mark Scholten officiating. Burial will follow at Westover Memorial Park.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Families of Spinal Muscular Atrophy at: Cure SMA, 925 Bussee Rd, Elk Grove Village, IL 60007.
