Emily Henslee Henderson

Evans, GA – Entered into rest Sunday, March 16, 2025, Mrs. Emily Henslee Henderson, 88, loving wife of 53 years to Mr. Charles C. Henderson

Mrs. Henderson was a native of Little Rock, Arkansas and graduate of North Little Rock High School. She has lived in the Augusta area most of her adult life and retired as a dental office administrator. For over 20 years, Mrs. Henderson volunteered as a Pink Lady for St. Joseph Hospital. She was a devoted member of Wesley United Methodist Church. A loving and devoted wife, mother, sister, grandmother, great-grandmother, she was known affectionately as “Mimi,” “Mammy,” or “Grandma” depending on which of her three children’s families were referring to her. Ultimately, Mrs. Henderson was a natural caregiver whose generous heart and wonderful personality will be missed by all who were blessed to know and love her.

In addition to her husband, Mrs. Henderson is survived by her children: Boyd Selby, Mindy Selby, and Pam Triscritti and husband Danny; grandchildren: Drew Triscritti, Matthew Elliott, Ian Selby, Alexis Selby, James Triscritti, Erin, Selby, Chip Triscritti, and Evan Price; five great-grandchildren; sister: Wanda “Sissy” Bryant and husband Doc; and many other loving family members. She is preceded in death by her parents and brother: Buddy Henslee.

A memorial service will be held on Thursday, March 20, 2025 at 2:00 P.M. at Wesley United Methodist Church with Rev. Greg Porterfield officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the church.
