Augusta, GA – Entered into rest Friday, October 1, 2010, Epifania (Eppy) L. Caneda, 77, wife of the late Francisco Caneda, Sr.
Mrs. Caneda was a native of Maui, Hawaii, and a resident of Augusta, GA for 47 years. She will always be remembered as a loving and devoted wife, mother, and grandmother. She was preceded in death by her parents Anita and Felix Labajo of Maui, a son Jonathan W. Caneda, a daughter Doreen S. Caneda, and a daughter-in-law Gloria Caneda.
Family members include: sons Frank Caneda, Jr. of Augusta, GA, Brian Caneda and his wife Kim of Charleston, SC, daughters Stephanie Caneda Moseley and husband Tim of Evans, GA, and Cynthia Caneda McBride of Atlanta, GA, 13 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held Friday, October 8, 2010 at 10:00 A.M. at the Chapel of Thomas Poteet & Son with Father Michael Lubinsky officiating. Interment will follow at Westover Memorial Park. Aloha or casual attire if desired.
