Grovetown, GA – Faye I. King, 76, went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, July 23, 2016.

Faye was born in Augusta, GA to the late Melvin Inglett and Carol McDade. She and her husband, Billy, lived in Grovetown and was a member of Woodlawn Baptist Church. Faye loved her family very much and will be missed by all who knew her.

Family members include her husband of 52 years: Billy King; sister: Eilene Fox and husband Neal; brother: Jerry Brown and wife Sofie; children: Steve Teasley and wife Kitty, Allen King and wife Gina, Chris King and wife Jan; grandchildren: Ashley, Derrick, Emily, Dustin, and Austin King; and great grandchildren: Jason, Lauren, and Lucas. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her sister and brother-in-law, Shirley and Lawrence Copley.

The funeral service will be held Wednesday, July 27, 2016 at 10:00 A.M. in the chapel of Thomas Poteet & Son. Burial will follow in Bellevue Memorial Gardens.
