Augusta, GA – Entered into rest Friday, March 14, 2014, Felix Perez-Ramos, 95, husband of the late Elizabeth F. Perez.
Mr. Perez was a native of San Germán, Puerto Rico. He had 32 years dedicated service in the U.S. Army and was a veteran of Korean Conflict and Vietnam War. He was a devoted husband, loving father and grandfather “Opa”. He was a longtime member of the F & AM Grovetown Lodge #730. His family would like to thank his friends at the American Legion Post 192 for their love and kindness towards Felix.
Family members include son: Dietmar Perez (Jennifer); daughters: Marcella Perez, Angelika Hancock (Brian); and grandchildren: Samantha Schausten, Matthew Perez, Katie Hancock, Ethan Perez, Ella Perez, Derrick Hancock.
Other children include: Hector, Rodney, Heidi and Gloria Perez.
A funeral mass will be held Friday, March 21, 2014 at 3:00 P.M. in the Chapel of the Church of the Good Shepherd with Fr. Thadius Kiwera officiating. Interment will follow in Bellevue Memorial Gardens.
Memorial contributions may be made to the American Legion, Evans Post 192 for Wounded Warriors, 275 Legion Drive, Evans, GA 30809.
