He retired after 38 years in Civil Service as the Chief Internal Review Audit Compliance Officer. He was currently living in Augusta. His home base was Honolulu, Hawaii. He was a world traveler who had visited all the continents. Frank was a beloved brother, brother-in-law, and uncle.
Family members include his sisters: Monica Robertson, Gloria Willeby, and Mary Ann Stacy; brother-in-law: Charles Robertson; nephew: Charlie Robertson: nieces: Stephanie Fraser, Kathleen Stacy, Genea Willeby; great nieces: Ashley and Emma Robertson, Bentley and Kelsey Fraser.
A private graveside service will be held at a later date.
