Evans, GA – Entered into rest Sunday, December 27, 2015, Mrs. Franziska Antonie Rosier, 93, wife to the late Raymond C. Rosier, Sr.

Franziska was a native of Landshut, Germany but had lived in the Augusta area since 1948. Most of these years were spent on the farm in Hephzibah, Georgia. She was a loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. Our beloved Oma will be greatly missed.

Family members include her daughters: Susanne Thompson and husband Jim, Linda Baxter and husband Steve, Deborah Mangum and husband Byron; grandchildren: Lee Thompson and wife Kori, Nathan Thompson and wife Allison, Ryan Baxter and wife Allison, Wes Baxter and wife Holly, Lauren Condon and husband David, Betsy Mangum and fiancée Daniel Kelly, and Trey Rosier; 7 great grandchildren; and sister: Therese Buhl Dobler. In addition to her husband, she is preceded in death by her parents; Engelbert and Therese Buhl; brother: brother; Albert Buhl, and son: Raymond C. Rosier, Jr.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday, December 30, 2015 at 2:00 P.M. at St. Augustine’s Episcopal Church with Rev. Joe Bowden officiating. Burial will follow in Westover Memorial Park.

Memorial contributions may be made to the CSRA Humane Society, P.O. Box 14667, Augusta, GA 30919, the American Heart Association, 190 Knox Abbott Dr., Suite 301, Casey, SC 29033, or to a charity of one’s choice.
